Subject	How do you post a short video clip?

Message	I just made a short videp clip of my 3rd 98+ spec tranny`s 1st to 2nd gear crunch. I uploaded it on a hosting site and have read through the site faq here,but when I post my message here and click on the link in my post,a blank white page comes up. Is there a secret to posting video clips I`m getting wrong?
